This is an extension of the site http://www.dancingtree.us. Why make it a blog? Because it’s easier for me to maintain. I found that a lot of art and poetry of mine and others goes unpublished and unposted due to the large amount of time it took me to design new pages in order to get it into the DancingTree. The old site is still THERE and I may incorporate the content from that site into this one. I’m not sure about that yet.
With this new ‘blog’ I can more easily enter poems as I write them and incorporate the magnificent work of others as I find it.
I know I will spend more time enjoying the soul-quenching satisfaction that I only get from a good poem or performance or video or piece of art. I can spend more time with my passion this way. I hope you feel the same about this new ‘leaf’ which has sprouted off the Dancing Tree, and about the passion of poetry. - Seven
